A localização é prática por serbem na entrada de Veneza, ao lado da estação de trem, embora com o endereço descrito seja ruim de achar. Vá com o google maps na mão. O chão do quarto e do banheiro são aquecidos. Só isso que posso falar de bom. Ficamos no quarto andar. Não há elevador. Também temos que carregar nossas malas, ou seja, se vc terá muita bagagem, já peça andar baixo. Cama velha, bem ruim. Travesseiros terríveis. Wifi fraquíssimo, pelo menos no meu quarto. Box minúsculo. Tudo bem velhinho. Resumindo: na próxima pagarei mais pra ter algo melhor. Talvez para pessoas mais jovens (tenho 40 anos) seja uma boa, mas pra mim, última vez!

Overall happy with this hotel given the excellent rate we got. We stayed in September 2020 meaning the city was not as busy as usual and hotel rates possibly lower than usual.
The selling point of this hotel is the excellent location. You are minutes away from the bus/train station and only cross one bridge, which is a bonus when carrying your luggage up and over any bridge. All major attractions are also in walking distance.
As part of the hotels covid-19 restrictions breakfast was not buffet style but was served to your table. A waitress would ask exactly what you wanted and it would be serviced to your table, but there was no menu. Given the language barrier this was not the most seamless process. The staff were all friendly and polite.
Our room was located on the ground floor and not far from reception. My major issue with this hotel is the lack of soundproofing through the room door. Throughout the night we would be woken by noise in the hallway, people coming and going, and loud discussions at reception. Perhaps this is due to it being an older building.

Breakfast: Buffet style and very tasty with plenty of options fresh coffee too but due to covid you had to request what you wanted which made it a bit awkward especially with the language barrier
Room: No air-conditioning and the pillows were very hard, the mattress was comfortable. It was very noisey, you could hear everything that happened in the corridor and some guests weren't very respectful late at night. Shower in the room was powerful but the temperature was consistent
Location: Great location pretty much everywhere was walkable from the hotel. It was also close to the airport bus stop which meant we didn't need to carry bags too far or over lots of bridges.

Muy básico, pero buena relación calidad-precio para ser Venecia. Buena ubicación, cerca de la estación de tren. El ascensor mejor usarlo solo para subir maletas. El baño y sobretodo la mampara de la ducha está para cambiar.

Amazing place in an affordable price. Staff talking understandable English but very eager to help or answer to questions about Venice. The room was small yet very cosy and comfortable. Included air-conditioning system was a miracle and made our stay even better. Cleaning service was present in the room each day leaving it in perfect conditions - there were new towels and soaps each day. We also had a fridge which allowed us to store some drinks and food - really nice feature when it comes to saving your budget on food.
Perfect location (just aside from the main train station) makes it easy to start sightseeing on your very first day. There is also a possibility to leave your baggage after the checkout so they are stored in a safe place so you can use your last moments in Venice.

COVID-19. Out of all the hotels that I booked with that had a non-cancellation policy, this hotel was the only hotel that refused to waive the non-cancellation policy and refund my money.
I will never deal with this hotel, or any other hotels that they are affiliated with.
As a seasoned traveller, I would recommend avoiding this hotel.

O ar condicionado do quarto não esfria, reclamei com praticamente todos os funcionários do hotel que só dizem que vão resolver "amanhã" e ate agora nada, isso já se passou 2 dias. E outra, o nao tem nada del 3 estrelas, no máximo seriam 2. Hotel muito simples, a única vantagem é que fica bem próximo da estação de trem de Veneza S. Lúcia.

Una estrella, sólo porque te hacen el café de cafetera en el desayuno y está muy cerca de la estación. . Lamentable, penoso, trato regular. Tres pisos sin ascensor, baño, fuera de la habitación... Una sauna maliente. Habitación diminuta. Todo viejo y descuidado. Mal. Las fotos son del recibidor del tercer piso. Ya te danidea de como está el resto..

This hotel was old fashioned and no elevator and very small and crammed but it had its own charm. No private washroom, we had to walk down the hall. There were some mosquitoes. Cute balcony and the location is what gives it an extra star for me. Right by the train station! Tons of restaurants and shops near by. Super friendly staff and they also held our luggage for us while we roamed the city even after checkout.

Staff was quite friendly (Female). Their toilet water flow always clogged. Spacious and pleasant stay. There is no elevator, luckily our room was on the ground floor, no carry required. You can still ask for the staff to carry luggage but give them some tips for doing so, as usually most of the guest carry their own luggage through the stair to their room. Don't expect a friendly welcome from reception. Breakfast is not really a joke but just a simple one. Location wise is super near to the train station. Just don't expect too much and you shall be fine.
