OMG! This place is by far one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. Lovely freindly staff. Very helpful to boot. And the price! OMG I feel like Royalty! And that hottub spa is to die for. If I'm ever in this area again I'll never stay anywhere else!!

Excelente equipe simpática, quartos super limpos e piscina e banheira de hidromassagem foram aquecidos e muito limpos também. Nosso aquecimento em casa saiu às 2 da manhã com 4 crianças e o gerente atendeu a todas as nossas necessidades para garantir que minha família estava quente enquanto nosso aquecimento era consertado. Estou muito grato pela hospitalidade demonstrada. Definitivamente voltarei.

Gran personal amable, habitaciones super limpias y piscina y jacuzzi estaban climatizados y muy limpios también. Nuestra calefacción en casa se apagó a las 2 am con 4 niños y el gerente se ocupó de todas nuestras necesidades para asegurarse de que mi familia estuviera abrigada mientras nuestra calefacción se arreglaba. Estoy muy agradecido por la hospitalidad mostrada. Definitivamente volveremos.

Great friendly staff, super clean rooms and pool and hot tub were heated and very clean as well. Our heat at home went out at 2am with 4 kids and the manager accommodated our every need to make sure my family was warm while our heat got fixed. I'm very grateful for the hospitality shown. Definitely be back.

O gerente foi muito além de útil e amigável, embora estivéssemos fazendo o check-in às 1h. A suíte Bluegrass era tão bonita, limpa e tudo naquele hotel estava bem cuidado. Bônus, até a piscina ainda está aberta! Estarei definitivamente de volta.

El gerente fue muy servicial y amable a pesar de que nos registrábamos a la 1 am. La suite Bluegrass era muy bonita, limpia y todo en ese hotel estaba bien cuidado. Bonificación, ¡incluso la piscina sigue abierta! Definitivamente volveremos.

The manager was so beyond helpful and friendly even though we were checking in at 1am. The Bluegrass suite was so nice, clean, and everything in that hotel was well cared for. Bonus, even the pool is still open! Will definitely be back.

Side access-doors to the hotel do not lock, hotel is accessible to anyone. We were traveling across country & made reservations 3+ hours before arrival - we were welcomed to a clean, but VERY HOT room, refrigerator was turned of...plus the corridor to the rooms was like a sauna (AC off there too) - they advertise *free breakfast*, but there's no breakfast, no coffee...I told the foreign guy managing the place they shouldn't advertise free breakfast, he started hollering & calling me names. In one word - CHEAP.

EDIT: Conversamos com o gerente geral (que acabou sendo o cara que fez o check-in, eu não sabia disso antes), ele resolveu o problema imediatamente e nos deu uma taxa de desconto. Eu realmente aprecio a ajuda dele. Também a piscina é linda.Revisão original: Nosso quarto era uma bagunça, sobra de sabão deixada no banheiro que meu noivo pensava que era nosso e ele usou (DURANTE UMA PANDÊMICA), três luzes não funcionavam, lixo e um pincel de maquiagem usado debaixo das camas, sujeira atrás do colchão (eu estava procurando por algo que pensei ter caído e atingido uma pilha de sujeira), o chuveiro estava todo descolado ... a única razão pela qual estou um pouco bem com a minha estadia aqui é o cara na recepção estava super doce quando chegamos.

EDIT: We spoke to the general manager (who turned out to be the guy that checked us in, I didn't know that before), he fixed our problem right away and gave us a discounted rate. I really appreciate his help. Also the pool is beautiful.Original review: Our room was a mess, leftover bar of soap left in the bathroom that my fiance thought was ours and he used (DURING A PANDEMIC), 3 lights wouldn't work, trash and a used makeup brush under the beds, dirt behind the mattress (I was looking for something I thought had fallen and reached into a pile of dirt), shower was all funky...the only reason I'm even slightly okay with my stay here is the guy at the front desk was super sweet when we checked in.
