The staff were friendly and helpful, specially at the restaurant. Food was quite good, and the buffet breakfast, very complete, including lots of fresh fruit, nuts and some lovely smoked trout ( cold cuts and cheese were just so - so). We enjoyed some fun activities like feeding the alpacas, trout fishing, condor watching in the canyon, and the spa. The one aspect that needs improvement would be the landscaping and green areas maintenance.

Eu tive uma estadia de duas noites aqui. Havia uma bolsa de água quente esperando e um fogo aceso quando eu cheguei. Provavelmente uma das melhores dormidas que já tive, depois que a estonteante contemplação das estrelas terminou. O serviço foi bom, e os funcionários foram muito simpáticos e bem as acomodações e o local são realmente algo. Apreciamos uma pequena caminhada / caminhada desde a propriedade e conhecemos alguns fazendeiros locais na rota. I had a two night stay here. There was a hot water bottle waiting and a fire going when I arrived. Probably one of the best sleeps I ever had, after the stunning star gazing was done. The service was good, and the staff were very friendly and well the accommodations and the locale are really something. Enjoyed a great little hike/walk right from the property, and met some local farmers on route. This was before taking the more beaten path to see Maca and the Colca Canyons and Condors - which was also very nice.

Stayed here as part of a local tour package for only one night. It's amazing scenery around, great service and food/wine. I also joined a Peruvian cooking class (which was done in Spanish with a translator).

Worst hotel in the world !!!! Las Casistas did a mistake in our payment. We paid two times our trip 5.000 usd instead of 2500 usd. They refuse to help us and to reimburse. The WORST hotel in the world where you pay dobble the Price. And NO help to their customer. A shame

El hotel ideal para despejarte de todo, la comida exquisita ( en especial el lomo saltado de alpaca 10/10), el personal muy cordial y preparado; sin embargo, sería ideal que la piscina sea temperada o de agua caliente!! En el frío que hace en el cañón no me atreví a meterme a la piscina, pero para eso la casitas tienen hot springs, perfecto todo 👍🏼
