Very clean and quiet. Professional staff are very helpful. Only thing is it takes forever for the shower to get hot. Around 10-15 minutes

Was not happy. Walls are too thin, I could hear the man next door sneezing all night. U could hear the tv in the next room playing all night. Did not get any rest the entire time I was there.
The coffee maker is in the bathroom, ewwww.
Trash was sitting by the elevator. No one picked it up.

Hotel era muito limpo. Pessoal foi muito amigável e profissional. O pequeno-almoço quente era muito bom. Ótimas escolhas, - ovos, biscoitos e molho, salsicha, waffles, frutas, cereais, iogurte, suco e chá e café de cortesia no lobby. Precisava de alguma manutenção básica, mas os problemas eram pequenos e pareciam ser apenas em nosso quarto - o lobby e área de café da manhã era muito limpo e bem conservado. Com certeza ficarei no Best Western novamente.

Hotel was very clean.
Staff was very friendly and professional.
Hot breakfast was really good. Nice choices, - eggs, biscuits & gravy, sausage, waffles, fruit, cereal, yogurt, juice, and complimentary tea and coffee in the lobby.
Needed some basic maintenance, but the issues were small and seemed to be only in our room - the lobby & breakfast area was very clean and well maintained.
Will definitely stay at Best Western again.

The front desk "help" Liz must not really want to work there...after finally calling for her from the back, t was all we could do to get her to check us in...forget any info about wifi, bkfst, etc. She wasn't going to engage in anything involving sentences. Rude, dismissive, and couldn't put down her cell phone. Other than that....everything was great. Clean rooms, decent bkfst (in a bag) comfortable modern and clean and great front desk help when we checked out at 6 the next morning. We like Best Western in general but the clerk Liz is making us question staying there again.

Nós tivemos uma ótima estadia aqui em uma noite muito nevada. Foi tão bom reservar um quarto de última hora depois de viajar através das tempestades. Fomos recebidos por funcionários simpáticos e um quarto confortável. Era muito limpo e espaçoso em todo o hotel. Meus filhos adoraram especialmente a fonte de bolha de mudança de cor que é destaque na entrada da frente. Meu marido e eu gostamos da área de buffet de café da manhã gratuito incluído também. Obrigado por uma ótima experiência de estadia no hotel, recomendamos este lugar para todos que vêm se hospedar na área.

O hotel e o quarto foi impecáveis. O café da manhã tinha uma grande selecção. A equipe foi muito simpática! Fiquei desapontado que a piscina não era mais limpa. Nós estávamos visitando do Centro-Oeste onde já está fresco e estava esperando ansiosamente por nadar fora novamente. Eu perguntei sobre isso, mas ainda tinha algas 2 dias depois.

Tuvimos una gran estancia aquí en una noche con mucha nieve. Fue genial reservar una habitación de último minuto después de viajar a través de las tormentas. Nos recibió un personal amable y una habitación cómoda. Estaba muy limpio y espacioso en todo el hotel. A mis hijos les encantó especialmente la fuente de burbujas que cambia de color que se encuentra en la entrada principal. A mi marido y a mí también nos gustó la zona de buffet de desayuno incluido. Gracias por una gran experiencia de estadía en un hotel, recomendamos este lugar a cualquiera que venga a quedarse en la zona.

The hotel and room was clean. The breakfast had a large selection. The staff was very friendly! I was disappointed that the pool wasn't cleaner. We were visiting from the Midwest where it is already cool, and was looking forward to swimming outside once more. I asked about it but it still had algae 2 days later.

We had a great stay here on a very snowy night. It was so great to book a last minute room after traveling through the storms. We were greeted by friendly staff and a comfortable room. It was very clean and spacious throughout the hotel. My kids especially loved the color changing bubble fountain that is featured at the front entrance. My husband and I liked the included free breakfast buffet area too. Thank you for a great hotel stay experience, we do recommend this place to anyone coming to stay in the area.
