Os proprietários claramente se orgulham de manter a qualidade e oferecer comodidades. A equipe não poderia ter sido melhor!

I needed an affordable, clean and convenient hotel close to Vanderbilt (4 miles/10 minutes).I stayed there twice now and I am impressed with the cleanliness and friendly management. My daughter had left MacBook and they immediately called! Great family managed hotel! 👍

Foi bom para a taxa. Nós não somos pessoas exigentes, mas em tempo de cobiça, eles deveriam prestar atenção redobrada à limpeza do controle remoto da TV (era desagradável, pegajoso), poeira !!!! Como o relógio, a borda superior das cabeceiras da cama, as lâmpadas e quaisquer cortinas de murais. O banheiro estava ok, o fluxo do chuveiro era bom com água quente, mas o banheiro poderia ter sido limpo melhor, você ainda pode ver salpicos de xixi anteriores ... O café da manhã é um pegue e leve por enquanto. O check-in e o check-out foram impecáveis e rápidos ...

Estuvo bien para la tarifa. No somos personas exigentes, pero en tiempos de covid, deben prestar doble atención a la limpieza del control remoto de la TV (era desagradable, pegajoso), ¡polvo! Como el reloj, el borde superior de las cabeceras, las lámparas y los murales que cuelgan. El baño estaba bien, el flujo de la ducha era bueno con agua caliente, pero el inodoro podría haberse limpiado mejor, aún se podían ver salpicaduras anteriores de pipí ... El desayuno es fácil de llevar por ahora. El registro de entrada y salida fue impecable y rápido ...

It was fine for the rate. We are not picky people but in time of covid, they should pay double attention to cleaning the TV remote (it was nasty, sticky), dust!!!! Like the clock, the top border of headboards, the lamps and any murals hangings. Bathroom was ok, shower flow was good with hot water but the toilet could have been cleaned better, u could still see previous pee splashes... Breakfast is a grab and go for now. Check in and out were flawless and fast...

Ficar longe! Quando fizemos o check-in, várias pessoas no saguão sem máscaras. Cheguei ao quarto e estava muito sujo. Poeira na cabeceira que claramente se acumulou com o tempo. Os tapetes também não eram os mais limpos. A TV não funcionou porque o cabo estava cortado. A mesa estava suja e precisava ser limpa, pois havia algo pegajoso sobre ela. A pior parte é que eu li comentários antes de fazer a reserva e até perguntei quando reservei os protocolos de limpeza durante Covid e foi garantido que o quarto estaria impecável. Não recomendo.

Stay away! When we checked in, multiple people in the lobby without masks. Got to the room and it was very dirty. Dust on the head board that clearly accumulated over time. Rugs were not the cleanest either. TV didn't work as the cable was out. Desk was dirty and had to be scrubbed as something sticky was on it. The worst part is I read reviews before booking and even asked when I booked the cleaning protocols during Covid and was assured the room would be spotless. Do not recommend.

Rooms were clean, but that was about it . Could use some updating. The grabngo breakfast should be a thing of the past as of OCT 2020. Most of our friends and family that were in town for same event were able to get hot breakfast everyday at same or less cost. Even with the bag breakfast, absolutely zero changes for 4 days in a row, and no accommodation was made for gluten free option. No coffee was available outside of breakfast hours. Not the worst Best Western, but a long ways short of a good one. I will say the staff was at least friendly, kept them from only getting 2 stars.

Very clean with very friendly staff. Great Grab n Go breakfast with fruit, granola bars, muffin, & water. We would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely great staff. Clean and well maintained... you will be hard-pressed to find a better room in Nashville!! I will definitely be staying with them again! And the spa tubs are icing on the cake!!

Thank you so much for a great night sleep!! We ended up here after we had to leave another hotel after checking in only to find the “non-smoking” hotel allowed people to smoke and pay a deposit. The hotel smelled awful. However, here at the Best Western it was amazing and clean!! Exactly what we needed after a long day of driving with our children. The beds were comfortable and the queen suite was spacious. Thank you Ben for your hospitality!! We come through Nashville a few times a year whenever we go see family, if we need to stop in for the night we will definitely check availability here, and spread the word as well!

Please do not patronize this hotel. I have never been treated so disrespectfully by hospitality staff who asked me, "Are you done?" when I tried to explain that we moved linens from our room to our kid's room.

Great place to stay in Nashville!Convenient location (near the I-40 loop) and sparkling clean. Nice free breakfast with variety. Even though it's near businesses, it's quiet. Owners clearly take pride in maintaining quality and offering amenities. Staff couldn't have been nicer!
