This is a badly maintained 1 star hotel. The rating here is wrong. The room that we had was spacious but the bathroom was dirty, there was mold all over it, the shower was leaking on the bathroom floor and the shower head fixture was broken.
The staff didn't speak English and had to use Google translate to communicate.
The hotel is 5 stories high and doesn't have an elevator.
The location is good if you are into a touristy and busy neighborhood.
In the end, I left the hotel early because it was disgusting.

Nice hotel in center of Galata. Great location .Galata tower is right around the corner. Şişhane metro station and Istiklal street are about 200 m away and Galata bridge 5 min walk. Stayed in standard double room and it even had washing machine, sink, electric stove and kettle. So it feels more like apartment. Room was clean. Everything was there (towels, bath necessities) our room was on second floor but view to inside but other rooms has street view. Despite being near Istiklal and Galata, noise won't reach and bother you at all. Bath was clean. The only minus is that a couple of times cigarettes' smell was coming into room as someone I guess was smoking in the hall. Included breakfast was modest but good and was brought to the room. Big thanks to stuff. They were attentive and reacted fast to any request. Overall very satisfied. Staying in Frame Galata Hotel made our trip to Istanbul comfortable, pleasurable and unforgettable. Definitely will stay next time. Recommended.

Rooms are good 4/5. Location 5/5. They gave me room on 4th floor and there wasn't lift so you have to take stairs.

Lovely friendly staff especially Serif. Average finishing of rooms sometimes it was nosy at night due to a busy İstiklal street next to the hotel. Room has washing machine which is was a plus for us. There was no problem with AC and hot water. The price is reasonable, keep it up
