Having Jake at the desk was a great first impression. We were so impressed with him. He was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a great location. Very clean and very quiet. The secure parking and delicious breakfast were a plus. We will be back!

I stayed here for a few weeks since my apartment had flooded, and the customer service was incredible! Very flexible to accommodating me when I needed to extend my stay, and when I had realized I left some items in the hotel a month after I had left, the front desk, especially Andrea, was kind enough to search the hotel for my items without giving up and send them to me. 100% recommend if you need a stay in the sunnyvale area :)

All five star ratings are correct and well deserved. We came to stay for a couple of days in the room with roll in shower. The manager kindly upgraded us to the one bedroom unit. The room was perfect except for the excessively soft bed, which is present in many American hotels. The hotel is new, the manager and all staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast includes a good selection of hot foods. The waffle machine is a hit. I wish I lived here.

What an amazing NEW hotel. Five stars in every category. Obviously the place was so clean and the service was so good. Let's get to the less obvious attributes that make this hotel so great. First, the water pressure is very strong. I was able to cut my shampoo time in half due to how quickly the rinse part of the "lather, rinse, repeat" cycle went. Second, the breakfast exceeds all expectations I had of a free hotel breakfast. The muffins and breads are full size and not dried out, the waffle I made was above restaurant quality, and the four hot dishes were great, especially the eggs and pork sausage patties and links. Finally, the location is walking distance to so much. Safeway for American grocery, a Korean mart for asian grocery, Dunkin Donuts, Jamba Juice, Panda Express, and more are all one block. I can't wait to be back to explore more of the South Bay.

Very Disappointed. We were there about 2 1/2 weeks. because of their covid restriction, we were able to receive only 2 cleaning done during our stay. We requested a few times but they said they cannot clean the room while persons are in the room. I am 8 months pregnant and my husband was working so we could not get the service but I tried to keep things clean. Everything was okay. We had about 3 fire alarms ran so we had to evacuate the building twice (one was off quickly). However, They charged us 163 for cleaning fee at the end without notifying us saying that they had to deep clean. ? We even used out own comforters and pillows and funny thing was that we got our cleaning the day before our check out so it was pretty cleans plus we spent almost $3000 since we booked 1bed room suite. It is expensive. I contacted the manager a several times. He finally got back and he said he will give me a refund. 2 weeks later, I am still waiting for a refund. I tried to reach out to the manager a couple times today but no luck!!! Please check your bill.. still ask for a cleaning because they will charge you if you did not take out the small trash bags out when you check out! ridiculous. And Please give me my refund!!
