5 stars for the cleanliness! Hot water, clean sheets, comfi bed, great breakfast at the rooftop with the view. We got room facing rail way so it was a bit noisy, so if you are a light sleeper ask for quite room.

Yuliya Chalaya

Very clean, very convenient location if arriving by train,it's literally a 4 min walk from the track. Close to many restaurants. Wish the A/C Fan worked better as the rooms get stuffy if out all day.

The rooms were clean and fairly spacious and the bed comfortable. The breakfast was also decent, some hot food (no eggs), juices, spreads and a variety of breads. The internet is terrible, don't even bother to connect - it's suppose to work in the foyer but doesn't. For one night stay the hotel is ok.

This hotel is right on the river, and the sound of the river put us right to sleep. The room had everything we needed... great hot shower... views of the river are spectacular.... buffet breakfast was good... we used the business center to print tickets.. front desk was very helpful... Just make sure you grab a room with mountain view and not the front as there is a train that passes by a few times... in the back you barely hear it over the river. It's not located in the centre so it's not crowded or noisy. 5 min walk to center plaza, bus station and trains. This is not a luxury hotel, but the price is right and it had everything we needed for a nice stay... I would stay here again.

We spent a night at the hotel and it was pleasant. We were offered the room facing the river which we njoyed. The hotel is a little compact and was under renovation. The rooms are neat and the breakfast was okay. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is also located close to the markets restaurants and train station.
