Es un lugar bello agradable y lo más importante céntrico a media cuadra de la plaza de armas de puno cumplen con los protocolos de bioseguridad, las habitaciones cuentan con fresadas, calefactor, friobar que tiene un costo, tienes mesitas para comer y trabajar si lo gustas cuenta con secadora te dan varios insumos y tiene una tina muy linda experiencia

O hotel é bem localizado, junto há bons restaurantes e comércio. Muito limpo aconchegante, apartamentos com calefação e um ótimo restaurante com bons preços. Evitem os apartamentos da frente devido ao barulho.

Muy céntrico, al lado de la plaza de Armas y de la Catedral, y muy cerca del Jirón Lima, calle peatonal llena de tiendas y restaurantes . Limpio. Personal muy atento. Desayuno tipo buffet muy variado. Habitación amplia y camas anchas. Tienen calefacción pero no les debe de funcionar bien porque tambien ponen radiador.

The front desk don’t serve friendly. When the leaving day,the room key was locked at 8:00am!! I haven’t check out! It makes me feel so bad!

Nice four star hotel. The room is nicely decorated with wooden furniture and leather lanterns. The metal wall decorations are interesting. The lanterns in the lobby are very impressive. The breakfast is not stellar, but edible, especially pancakes with ground cherry jam. There is no tea pot in the room, which is a pity, because we needed tea, and the lobby only has the coca tea.

Beautiful hotel with perfect location! The room service didn't agree with us, but that happens with tender USA stomachs. Would go back in a heart beat! The bar has a fantastic ambiance. The staff is very very helpful!

Staff is not acceptable. Room is ok. Location is good. However, the people working on the reception are not helpful at all, speak not adequate english and emberrasse you by asking other guest from the hotel to translate.
