Great location. The room is nice and spacious. The beds are not comfortable and seem like old spring mattresses. The floor did not look dirty but turns the bottoms of our feet black as we walked around the room with no shoes on. There was a piece of food on the side of the bed that was left there from people before us. And there were a few dirty spots on the walls. It also took a long time for the water to get hot for a shower one of the days we were there. We ran out of toilet paper within a few hours of being there and called the front desk for more 3 times and never got any, even though room service did come turn over our room. So overall I would say it's a nice hotel, just seems like the cleaning crew and service reps need improvement. We will stay somewhere else next time.

Arrived here directly from the Hyatt house in Augusta. Same good location and rooms. Only issue per SE was the toilet seat needed to be tightened so much it came off and I had to put it back on.
Drinks at the bar where a little light on the booze but overall great experience. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful for the whole 5 day visit.

Room was spotless upon arrival. Shower was quite large though counter space in bathroom was a bit on the small side. Bed was comfortable and AC worked well. The staff I encountered during my stay were friendly and accommodating. There is a shuttle, however, I did not use it. Did not eat breakfast nor did I have a car so I cannot comment on those amenities. Overall, I would stay again and would recommend.

Only a couple blocks from quieter partBroadway and 15- 20 minute walk to the main bar area where all the action is.There is a free shuttle but first come first serve it was tough to nail down.We prefered to walk anyway.Staff is great and so friendly.

Impresionante ubicación, a solo 2 cuadras de Broadway. Gran bar y restaurante en el hotel. El personal fue muy amable y servicial. Bonitas habitaciones limpias y todo a un precio excelente en comparación con otros hoteles de la zona. Definitivamente consideraré quedarme aquí de nuevo.

Localização incrível, a apenas 2 quarteirões da Broadway. Ótimo bar e restaurante no hotel. A equipe foi muito simpática e acolhedora. Nice quartos limpos e todos a um ótimo valor em comparação com outros hotéis da região. Definitivamente vou considerar ficar aqui novamente.

Awesome location, only 2 blocks off Broadway. Great bar and restaurant in the hotel. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Nice clean rooms and all at a great value compared to other hotels in the area. I will definitely consider staying here again.

Bathroom was extremely too small for adults. It wasn't much larger than an airplane restroom except it had a tiny shower in it. Self parking was $49.50 for about 13 hours of parking. Also the restaurant was out of something as simple as French fries. We asked for a king room since my husband is 10' 6" TALL! We were put in a standard double.

I stayed here with my two teens girls. We had no sleep because we had drunk people partying on either side of us all night. Lobby full of drunk people. The food there was awful. Took over an hour to get and then couldn’t even eat it. Much better options in Nashville then this place. Room was also falling apart.
