My arrival in Nashville was a last-minute decision, and thankfully the hostel had one more bed available for the night!I easily booked the bed via hostel’s website.Street parking and an open lot behind the hostel were safe and available.When I arrived, the front desk greeted was professional yet also engaging.Check-in was quite simple.The office is the front desk, communal kitchen, and dining area together.The kitchen has ample utensils, cooking tools, and fridge space.I lucked out in that one of the guests had generously cooked a homemade authentic Japanese rice and curry for everyone at the hostel.A few of us sat in the dining area.I scratched my original plans to check out downtown that night (only five or so minutes away by car) because the conversations and other guests were so awesome, I didn’t want to leave.Once the office building was locked up for the night, we moved to the campfire circle next to the office and the camaraderiecontinued until I needed to sleep.The sleeping quarters themselves are two buildings divided into areas which are further divided into bedrooms.There is keypad access, and each door has a painted theme (like Asia, Moon, or Banjo) to make it easy to find the rooms.My room had two bunks to sleep a total of four people.My roommates were all courteous, and my bed (a top bunk) was appropriately comfortable for a bunk bed.Clean sheets, thin blanket, and pillow were provided. The bathroom, one per area plus one in the office, had plenty of hot water for the shower.Check out was simple: put your sheets in the laundry basket and sign out in the office.During the day, you can really take in how pretty the artwork is.The hostel is small, but the setup definitely lends itself toward allowing for time to yourself or for meeting other folks.Free wi-fi is available, which is nice for guests working remotely and wanting to sit in the area common seating places, the dining area, or the outside patio.I personally appreciate getting to know other travelers, and I plan to keep in touch with the others with whom I dined.The price is also affordable for a location (Midtown) so close to downtown.It’s a simple Uber or car drive away.This was a fantastic experience.I would highly recommend folks who have not stayed in a hostel previously to try Music City Hostel.Some of the guests that night who had much more hostel experience said this is one of the best places they have stayed as well.If you are reading this, I hope you give Nashville and the Music City Hostel a go!

Fiquei aqui por uma semana em agosto de 2021. Minha experiência neste albergue foi fenomenal! A localização é ótima. É um pouco fora do centro da cidade, mas não muito longe. 10 minutos de carro até a Broadway, e há muitos bares excelentes a uma curta caminhada de Midtown, nas proximidades. A equipe foi incrível e os outros hóspedes foram ótimos! Vibe super amigável e descontraída. Certamente visitaremos novamente quando eu voltar a Nashville!
Quartos limpos, banheiros limpos (!) E pessoas agradáveis. Recomendar para ficar em Nashville com um orçamento.
Me alojé aquí por una semana en agosto de 2021. ¡Mi experiencia en este albergue fue fenomenal! La ubicacion es genial. Está un poco fuera del centro de la ciudad, pero no demasiado. 10 minutos en auto de Broadway, y hay muchos bares excelentes a poca distancia en el cercano Midtown. ¡El personal fue increíble y los otros huéspedes fueron geniales! Ambiente super amigable y relajado. Sin duda volveremos a visitar cuando regrese a Nashville.

Stayed here for a week in August of 2021. My experience at this hostel was phenomenal! Location is great. It's a bit outside the city center, but not too far. 10 minute car ride to Broadway, and there are plenty of great bars in walking distance in nearby Midtown. Staff was awesome and the other guests were great! Super friendly and relaxed vibe. Will definitely visit again when I return to Nashville!
Definitivamente o melhor serviço em qualquer albergue em que já fiquei. Os quartos e outras instalações eram limpos, o ambiente era vibrante, mas tranquilo, fica perto de tudo e o estacionamento na rua é gratuito. Obrigado pela estadia maravilhosa !!
Música, amizade e bons momentos surgem deste lugar! Esqueça o empréstimo de ar bnbs, você tem que ficar aqui!Quase todas as noites, um grupo sai para o centro da cidade ou para explorar a cidade. Depende totalmente de quem está lá, mas quase todo mundo quer conhecer novas pessoas e ter ótimas conversas.
Não vale o preço. Você ganha uma cama desfeita com um colchão fino barato com 3 outras pessoas em um quarto. Há 1 banheiro completo para compartilhar. Supõe-se que o albergue seja uma alternativa acessível aos hotéis. A equipe foi simpática e não teve problemas com os companheiros de quarto. O local é bem conservado. Economize em um hotel 2 estrelas para uma noite de descanso melhor.
No vale la pena el precio. Obtienes una cama deshecha con un colchón delgado y barato con otras 3 personas en 1 habitación. Hay 1 baño completo para compartir. Se supone que los albergues son una alternativa asequible a los hoteles. El personal era amable y no tuvo problemas con los compañeros de cuarto. El lugar está bien mantenido. Ahorre su dinero para un hotel de 2 estrellas para un mejor descanso nocturno.
Definitivamente el mejor servicio en cualquier albergue en el que me he alojado. Las habitaciones y otras instalaciones estaban limpias, el ambiente era vibrante pero tranquilo, está cerca de todo y el estacionamiento en la calle es gratuito. Gracias por la maravillosa estadía !!
¡Música, amistad y buenos momentos brotan de este lugar! Olvídate de tomar prestado g Air bnbs, ¡tienes que quedarte aquí!Casi todas las noches un grupo sale al centro o para explorar la ciudad. Depende totalmente de quién esté allí, pero casi todo el mundo quiere conocer gente nueva y tener buenas conversaciones.
Not worth the price. You get an unmade bed with a cheap thin mattress with 3 other people in 1 room. There's 1 full bathroom to share. Hostel are suppose to be an affordable alternative to hotels. The staff was friendly and had no issues with the roommates. The place is well maintained. Save your money for a 2 star hotel for a better night rest.
Definitely the best service at any hostel I've stayed at. The rooms and other facilities were clean, the atmosphere was vibrant yet peaceful, it is close to everything, and parking on the street is free. Thanks for the wonderful stay!!
Music, friendship, and good times erupt from this place! Forget borrow g Air bnbs, you gotta stay here! Almost every night a group goes out to downtown or to explore the town. Totally depends on who is there, but almost everyone wants to meet new people and have great conversations.
A equipe foi tão simpática. Eles até me fizeram um cheesecake quando contam que era meu aniversário quando olharam minha identidade quando fiz o check-in. Foi generoso da parte deles. Quanto aos quartos, eles estavam bem. Eles têm cozinhas, o que é raro em todos os outros Hostels em que fiquei. Mas, no geral, um albergue agradável e um ótimo serviço de equipe.
Viajou para Nashville sozinho e ficou aqui. A equipe foi fantástica, os quartos eram limpos e tinham bloqueios de teclado, todos foram muito simpáticos. Fez muitos amigos e foi para a Broadway com eles. Definitivamente estarei de volta e quando estiver, é aqui que ficarei. Vence uma Airbnb qualquer dia.
El personal fue muy amable. Incluso me hicieron una tarta de queso cuando dijeron que era mi cumpleaños cuando miraron mi identificación cuando me registré. Eso fue generoso de su parte. En cuanto a las habitaciones, estaban bien. Tienen cocinas en ellos, lo cual es raro en todos los otros albergues en los que me alojé. Pero en general, es un buen albergue y un excelente servicio de personal.
Traveled to Nashville solo and stayed here. Staff was fantastic, rooms were clean and had keypad locks, everyone was really friendly. Made a ton of friends and went out to Broadway with them. I’ll definitely be back and when I am this is where I’ll stay. Beats an Airbnb any day.
The staff was so friendly. They even made me a cheesecake when they relies it was my Birthday when they looked at my ID when I checked in. That was generous of them. As for the rooms they were okay. They have kitchens in them which is rare from all the other Hostels I stayed. But overall a nice Hostel and great staff service.
