This place is amazing. Very polite and helpful staff very clean and surprisingly very affordable close to down town plenty of great restaurants around. We will definitely be staying here the next time we come to San Antonio TX.

The Colonnade was absolutely gorgeous and everyone was so kind and helpful. The location was convenient and there was no shortage of good times. If we ever needed anything we just called the front desk and immediately was given what we needed. Very amazing stay, will be staying there again.

Very clean hotel in a pretty convenient location near the airport. However there is no shuttle offered but numerous companies can bring you to this hotel. Restaurants are within walking distance and are plentiful. The Hotel self has a restaurant and bar which are both very good. A nice clean quiet room for the night if that’s what you’re looking for.

This is a nice building that needs updating but it was clean ,Ive been here in the past the Service in the bar was excellent during this visit .I have excellent past memories of this hotel hopefully it will be back to its old glory . It is functioning on a skeleton crew basis. Its actually functioning like a basic Holiday Inn with a nicer building . I have no memory of the old fees I hope the present fees have been adjusted to the present level of less services .

Os anos 90 chegaram e eles querem o hotel de volta. Se você define a decoração dos anos 90 em tons de marrom, castanho, dourado, nogueira escura e torneiras de latão / cromo glamorosa, então este lugar é para você! Pessoalmente, eu o considero muito datado e com extrema necessidade de ser trazido para o século XXI. Tudo está escuro, mas em bom estado de conservação. A TV é ridiculamente pequena para os padrões de hoje e o sistema de controle de temperatura de tubo único não é o meu favorito (tubo único é que há todo o aquecimento do hotel OU sistema de resfriamento que é um ou outro para a estação, você não pode selecionar o modo em um sala a sala, você apenas controla um soprador). Novamente, esse tipo de sistema era popular antes dos anos 90. Eu não acho que este lugar vale a pena pagar qualquer prêmio até que eles destruam o lugar e modernizem os quartos. Até mesmo os detalhes em ouro / latão dos elevadores estão muito gastos e precisam ser atualizados.

The 90's called and they want their hotel back. If you define 90's decor of browns, tans, gold accents, dark walnut and brass/chrome faucets as glamorous then this place is for you! Personally I call it very dated and in dire need of being brought to the 21st century. Everything is dark but in reasonably good repair. The TV is laughably small by today's standards and the single pipe climate control system is not my favorite (single pipe is there is whole hotel heating OR cooling system that is one or the other for the season, you can't select the mode on a room to room basis, you just control a blower). Again, that type of system was popular pre-90's. I don't think this place is worth paying any kind of premium until they gut the place and modernize the rooms. Even the gold/brass accents in the elevators are heavily worn and need updating.

Celebramos o 2º aniversário aqui desde a chegada e através de toda a nossa estadia foi incrível. O nosso quarto era limpo e higienizado, o que nos fez sentir confortáveis com a nossa estadia. We celebrated out 2nd anniversary here from arrival and thru out our entire stay was awesome. Our room was clean and sanitized which made us feel comfortable with our stay. Ashley, the loyalty ambassador was great she arranged for flowers to be delivered to our room for my wife, also chocolate covered strawberries and champagne. Thanks Ashley for all you did. I definitely would recommend that everyone stay here when they are in San Antonio

That feeling of where you stay is how you're welcomed, and this place made me feel welcome from the minute I made the booking to the minute I checked in as well as a follow-up message after I checked out! The front counter was awesome! Thomas helped me tremendously! The amenities are pretty common, my wife did complain about there not being a bigger selection for creamers, but, it was comfortable and could use some slight dusting, but overall, I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay at a reasonable price with a decent selection at the bar and the nicest hotel gym I have yet to see! And being military, I've stayed in plenty of hotels!

El hotel estuvo muy limpio y elegante, pero el servicio necesita mejorar. Pedimos nuestro desayuno la noche anterior de que queríamos recibirlo y en la mañana nunca apareció. Hablamos con 3 diferentes empleados y ningunos de ellos pudieron resolvernos el problema. Teníamos un horario que adhirir y terminamos no comiendo desayuno por esto. Ni una disculpa nos dieron. El hotel está lindo pero el servicio necesita atención

El lugar es elegante, limpio y los empleados muy atentos. El servicio en el restaurante excelente, especialmente una señora mayor trigueña muy amable que me atendió a mi y a mis hijas con mucho profesionalismo y carisma, lastima que no recuerde su nombre. Me gustó mucho, volvería de nuevo y lo recomendaría. Mi experiencia fue muy buena.
