Would give zero stars if I could since I never got to even stay here. Due to Covid my plans got cancelled. Tried for months to get a refund, but they continued to refuse. Then 2 weeks ahead of time they asked if I wanted me to cancel my reservation. Basically so that they could re-book the room and end up making double off of it. Horrible service and don't even deserve 1 star!

There is a global pandemic, domestic travel restrictions, and public establishment closures and this place still wouldn’t cancel and refund my stay. Obviously no one is going to be traveling and I booked this trip before the pandemic broke out. Why wouldn’t I be able to get a refund when the world literally cancelled my trip without my desire to. Screw this place and the $400 I’m out now.

DO NOT STAY HERE. I would give zero stars if I could. This is not a business run by ethical guidelines nor do they respond to inquiries regarding your stay. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I elected to stay at this hotel for a family trip. Due to covid-19 restrictions put on by the mayor the day before our stay we were instructed not to travel. I attempted to cancel prior to and after our stay and they’re run by a management company that is awful and not helpful at all. The hotel refused to refund or offer any kind of voucher for not staying in their hotel with circumstances out of our control, otherwise we would have been there. Also, they have no intention to work with the customer as they said they couldn’t tell if we stayed or not due to the “management company” and no personnel at hotel yet they could definitely tell the room was left in same condition and not need to be cleaned as we never even went to hotel. HORRIBLE DO NOT STAY HERE!

If you are looking for a brand new hotel/apartment that is way overpriced then this place isn't for you. I can only speak for apartment 212 but it was exactly as advertised. Old building with its neat quirks. Fun crowd, great location, and comfortable beds for a great price. Will definitely save some money for great food and drinks by staying here again.

The Lee is a great place with affordable pricing. Before I get to the negatives let me say some positives: It's affordable, spacious, and set near some great food and entertainment places. You're within walking distance of some great places!
As for negatives, the hotel is basically an old apartment building. You're getting a place that's mostly furnished, with a single TV in the living room. Hardwood floors are very creaky, the window a/c units are loud, the walls have some cracking, and the gas stove is a little scary. I should mention for parents that the radiators are uncovered and a little dirty, and for the older visitors be aware that the bathtub has no grips or handles. (All of this is fixable)
All in all though, I'd recommend it. If the owners spruced it up a little they'd be justified in charging a little more. The location and space is just so fantastic.
If you do go with the Lee, you don't need much. Just keep the door codes with you! There's no check in counter.
