4 Stars! Nice clean room, good location worth the cheap price per night, in general luxury appearance of the Hotel however the „Free drink if we don’t clean“ didn’t worked out. I think they are turning the sign or something. And when I spoke to the reception they said „You made it wrong“. So Costumer Service -1. All in all very nice stay 😉🌹🍺 Thanks

Prefect place for a brief stay in Munich. Hotel is very clean and modern with all the amenities one might need. Metro and bus stations are easily within walking distance. Rooms are very nice with a good WiFi connection. Recommending this to all my visitors, both for business and for leisure, here.

10 minutes to nearest subway. Less than 30 walking distance to Olympia Halle.
Disliked · Only thing missing seemed to be a mini fridge.
No closet, just a hanging fixture. No big deal for one night but certainly wouldn't work for multiple night stays.

Nice hotel. The staff at the desk could be friendlier and more inviting. The rooms are somewhat small. The location is ok - there is some walking to the nearest stations, and about 15 minute ride. We didn’t had the breakfast. Overall the experience was ok - not too bad, but not extraordinary

Super preço, super qualidade! Já estivemos em Nuremberg em um dos hotéis dessa rede. Ficamos agradavelmente surpresos, então decidimos tentar um hotel em Munique também. E eles não se arrependeram ... Ótimos quartos (design, limpeza, amenidades), tudo que você precisa. Equipe amigável! Queremos destacar especialmente o cara que trabalhava na recepção durante o turno da noite (o nome dele é Simon), ele nos cumprimentou muito simpático, fez o check-in, contou tudo sobre o hotel. Ele até me desejou um feliz aniversário! Uma bagatela, mas era muito bom. Sem dúvida vamos voltar a este hotel novamente.

Buen hotel moderno. Habitaciones limpias. Buenas camas. Mucha gente joven. Buen desayuno. Pero la recepción es un desastre y un horror. El lunes por la noche esperamos 1 hora y 30 minutos por una habitación. Jefe, cambie el programa de mantenimiento de la computadora y capacite mejor al personal. Aparcamiento moderno, pero nadie puede utilizar los ascensores y 1/2 plazas no están disponibles. Tampoco es posible reservar un asiento con anticipación. No hay plazas de aparcamiento en la calle. En general, no está mal.

Good price, friendly staff, and modern rooms. For a single traveler, this was ideal. I’ve noticed people complaining about the car parking but this is similar with other hotels in the area (having stayed in one recently) and I had no issues finding a space down the road.

Ao todo, muito bem feito. A jovem equipe provavelmente precisa de algum treinamento e de alguém um pouco melhor no comando. Exceto por alguns contratempos menores, foi uma estadia agradável. Mesmo se você tiver um quarto do lado da rua, você pode dormir absolutamente tranquilo porque as janelas protegem tudo.

Saí do quarto para o café da manhã e havia uma faxineira no meu quarto. Quando despachei minha mala, não foi assim que a fiz. Ele começou a me dizer que achava que alguém tinha saído do saco. Então, ele pode desempacotar !!!! Por que razão? Eu não entendo. Se ele pensasse que eu esqueci de levar minha bolsa, ele poderia perguntar na recepção, se eu fiz check-out ou não. Não há razão para desempacotar minhas coisas. 😤 Eu vi minha carteira e o dinheiro nela. Não foi a mesma coisa. Eu estava ficando tarde para minha reunião importante (já que preciso fazer minhas malas novamente), então não tive a chance de falar com o gerente ou a recepcionista. Viajo muito e é a primeira vez que experimento algo assim. Treine sua equipe adequadamente !!!

Solo tuvimos buenas experiencias en este hotel. La habitación estaba limpia y era moderna. También conseguimos una plaza de aparcamiento en el aparcamiento subterráneo sin ningún problema. El desayuno buffet es sencillo pero puedes encontrar todo lo que necesitas. Especialmente con el bajo precio, no podemos quejarnos.

New, modern hotel. Basic rooms but very comfy! Nice shower. Good bed. Good price-quality ratio.Some staff members don’t speak English very well. But that’s okay. There is a chrome-cast option on the tv menu. But unfortunately no chrome cast installed at the backside of the tv.If you planning on coming by car I would highly recommend to look for a different hotel. Parking is a nightmare and something shady is going on.After reading the reviews I saw a lot of comments about the limited space in the parking garage. Since we were arriving early (16:00) we took a shot and booked the hotel anyway. Requested parking at time of booking, received a nice response that the rate is €9,99 per night an based on availability. No reservations possible. So fair enough. When we arrived at the hotel we found out ‘surprise surprise’ that the parking was full. We found a place elsewhere and had to walk quite a bit as there are very limited parking options in the direct area. After check-in I had to take a look at the parking garage. The garage is quite spacious and there were 14 empty spots. Also it looked like there were little lifts to lift the cars and create even more spots (not sure if this works). So it looks like there is a standard sign on the intercom that the garage is full but even though there are still places… but why?? You would think they like to get the parking revenue right… If someone knows please share but something is off here. I checked the next day. And still the same sign that the garage is full and now even more spots available.So if you are traveling by car I would highly recommend to book elsewhere. If you don’t then defiantly book this hotel as the rooms and vibe are amazing! Also quite easy to take the U-Bahn into the city center.

A nice hotel close to the centre of Munich. Good for a one or two night stay. The rooms are not very large but clean and very well priced. There is a private underground parking which is great since there is little parking space nearby. It is 10 euros for 1 night parking. The centre of Munich is easely reached in 15 mins via subway, which is within walking distance of the hotel. A great place to stay the night when visting Munich.

Me pareció un hotel moderno y limpio. La gente de la recepción es joven y muy servicial y amable. Los puertos USB en la habitación permiten una carga conveniente y un altavoz incorporado le permite reproducir su propia música en la habitación. El WiFi es gratuito, las camas son extremadamente cómodas. Hacia la calle había mucho ruido con la ventana abierta, pero con la ventana cerrada no se podía oír nada, ni siquiera a otros invitados en el pasillo. Me alojé aquí por un total de 5 noches y volvería en cualquier momento. No se puede superar el precio. El único inconveniente: plazas de aparcamiento. Mi consejo: puedes aparcar en el P + R Olympiazentrum por 1,50 € al día y caminar hasta el hotel durante unos 10 minutos.

Perfect hotel room for an amazing price. Pitch dark, firm beds, comfy bedding, super clean, nice design, friendly staff. Don’t be fooled by people who give this hotel only 1 star, just because parking apparently is difficult. This hotel definitely deserves 5 google- stars. You’ll walk out refreshed and energetic after sleeping here!

I left was room for breakfast, and there was a cleaning person in my room. When i checked my bag, it wasn't the way i packed it. He started telling me, that he thought someone left the bag. So, he can unpack it!!!! For what reason? I don't get it. If he thought i forgot to take my bag, he could just ask the reception, if i checked out or not. There is no reason to unpack my stuff. 😤
I saw my wallet and the money in it. It wasn't the same.
I was getting late for my important meeting (since i need to pack my bag again), so i didn't get a chance to talk to the manager or receptionist.
I travel a lot, and this is my first time experiencing something like this.

Tv service didn't work, they weren't interested in helping. Check in took ages, no parking space so have to park the car on the sidewalk or street. Only after checking in you can enter the garage.

Hotel nuevo, muy limpio y bien cuidado, a 10 minutos a pie del metro. Personal agradable y joven. Amplio desayuno buffet internacional. En los alrededores es muy difícil encontrar estacionamiento, por lo que recomiendo adquirir su servicio de estacionamiento cubierto dentro de la estructura.

The hotel is very nice; its rooms are super comfortable and very well designed. Everything is very new actually and doesn't make this "tired" impression when the renovation is strongly demanded by the furniture. The team of the hotel is friendly and supportive. However, there was one big problem during my stay: the rooms' quantity is too big for the team and for 2 elevators. I mean, that sometimes you have too wait too long to receive the intention of administrators (but not because they are lazy, but because there are too many people on a queue!). And in the building there are only 2 lifts for more than 500 guests (one of them didn't work, but it doesn't even matter, it won't help much). For the rest - everything is almost perfect)

Camas fantásticas y cómodas: es un gran lugar para relajarse. El aparcamiento está disponible directamente en el hotel. Buena selección de bebidas en el bar del hotel. Desayuno delicioso! Próxima estancia en Munich, ¡definitivamente este hotel! Lo puedo recomendar sin reservas.
