The staff was friendly and very accommodating to our needs they made us feel at home and the room was nice, cozy, and relaxing. Breakfast was prepared with love and care. The most peaceful and quiet b and b at the beach definitely will be back ! My, oh my, this place is the total package! We were greeted with large smiles and helpful hints about the island with must see things to do and eateries to visit. You are close enough to the beach with just a short walk to a secluded boardwalk entrance to reach the shore. The home is immaculately clean and feels very down home with inviting aroma therapy humidifiers in the common areas. We had a great start to each of our days with a 3-course breakfast never having the same breakfast twice! Megan is definitely the queen of cuisine! She was very accommodating with our food restrictions especially since I have celiac disease and must be gluten free. She was very knowledgeable and kind to describe each of her dishes she served. The only other meal you'll need for the day is dinner! At the end of the day, we were lulled to sleep with perfect pillows and luxurious linens. My husband and I are looking forward to coming back for a future adventure! Meu, oh meu, este lugar é o pacote total! Their lack of warmth and welcomeness me feel uneasy about coming back to the quarters. Breakfast is a plated, 3 course, seated meal at 8:30 sharp with no wiggle room. Other guests joked about being reprimanded for being 5 minutes late! I was on vacation and I simply didn’t want to commit to waking up before 8:30 to eat a plated meal. The hosts make you decide when check in what days you will have breakfast. I’m on vacation! I don’t know! The breakfast should be a rolling buffet served for an hour. Regardless, it’s a good location and the beach access is nice. Maybe not best for young vacationing couple who like to sleep in a bit and have breakfast too. I am in LOVE with this bed and breakfast! Do not hesitate to come here!!! My girlfriend and I arrived in Tybee this evening and found out our other hotel we had booked fell through. We called around and no one had availability on such short notice until we called Megan! She was extremely quick with the booking process phone call, and as soon as we arrived she had a little book of sites to see waiting for us, snacks, and not to mention, the most beautiful bedroom with the most comfortable bed and an amazing walk in shower! She is so sweet and accommodating to all needs, I am actually happy the hotel fell through! I will be using this place for all of my future Tybee trips and I will tell anyone who will listen!! 10/10 recommend!! Estou apaixonada por essa pousada! Não hesite em vir aqui!!! Minha namorada e eu chegamos em Tybee esta noite e descobrimos que nosso outro hotel que tínhamos reservado caiu. Ligamos e ninguém tinha disponibilidade em tão pouco tempo até ligarmos para Megan! We have stayed at other Bed and Breakfast Inns before, but this one was the best.The experience was incredible!The 125-year-old house is well maintained and even has a pool.The rooms are neat, clean, and comfortable.The inn is centrally located on North Tybee, within easy walking distance of Fort Screven and its museums and the strip in town with shops and restaurants.The beach is only a block away.The guests ranged from college aged through retirees (like us), many experienced B&B guests, and a few first timers.All were friendly, interesting, and pleased with their stay.But the highlight of the stay was our hostess, Megan.She was friendly, charming, with just the right amount of humor to keep conversations interesting.She was helpful, informative, and spot on with her restaurant recommendations.Her breakfasts were out of this world.She kept it appealing by alternating savory (egg based) with sweet (French Toast, etc.) every other day.She started every breakfast with a small bite and fruit or yogurt before the entrée.She incorporated locally produced food where she could.Everything was delicious.We plan on going back. We had an incredible 3 night stay at Surf Song! Megan was incredibly kind and helpful, and she had great local recommendations for places to eat and things to do. The location is quiet and peaceful with easy access to the beach and a fun park/walking trail. The rooms are incredible down to the smallest detail. It’s a great quiet location with easy access to Savannah.We will absolutely be back as soon as we can!! Tivemos uma incrível estadia de 3 noites no Surf Song!
