O lugar é uma graça. Os funcionários são muito atenciosos e fazem tudo para ajudar no que for preciso, é isso faz toda a diferença. O quarto é bem pequeno, mas é muito charmoso e não falta nada. A localização é excelente e a trilha sonora no Lobby é ótima.

Really small rooms but the best part of NYC for sure, really nice welcome, really polite people working here, they taking care of everything, Clean, comfortable and with perfect view on trade centar building! Will I stay again here? Yes ! They have really good restaurant and Starbuck in building! Everything is on walkable distance! Again thanks !

Ficamos neste hotel encantador por uma semana. Decoração elegante, boas-vindas muito calorosas e profissionais, quarto não muito grande, mas confortável, com excelente roupa de cama, silencioso. O pequeno-almoço é para ir todas as manhãs (café, fruta, barra de cereais, pastelaria, iogurte) colocado de volta num saco e que nos serviu perfeitamente para evitar perder tempo a sentar-se num restaurante. Serviço de quarto todos os dias e impecável com troca de toalhas diariamente. Restaurante serafina muito bom ao lado do hotel. A entrada para o metro logo abaixo permite que você vá para os principais pontos de interesse da cidade. Uma falha para este hotel onde vamos voltar sem problemas para uma futura estadia.

El hotel está muy bien, las ubicación es estupenda, la habitación era interior y no tuvimos ningún ruido, el personal muy amable. A la habitación le falta sitio para guardar, tiene un armario muy pequeño.

Minha estadia foi exatamente o que eu esperava. Eu tinha um quarto limpo com uma mesa, um banheiro reformado, um cofre, muito espaço no armário e um minibar totalmente abastecido. A localização é ótima, e eles também dão um grande café da manhã para viagem, o que foi muito conveniente, pois eu tinha pouco tempo para comer. E a equipe não poderia ter sido melhor ou mais útil.

Great location and friendly staff. However, the rooms are not sound isolated and even though I was on the 7th floor, I could hear all noise from the streets. The internet is super bad and slow, I had a really hard time to work. The breakfast is just a grab n hi bag with a croissant and a fruit. The beds and sheets have really high quality.

My stay was exactly what I had hoped for. I had a clean room with a desk, a renovated bathroom, a safe, plenty of closet space and a fully stocked minibar. The location is great, and they also give a big grab and go breakfast, which was very convenient since I had little time to eat. And the staff couldn't have been nicer or more helpful.

Estávamos viajando com um bebê recém-nascido e sentimos que a equipe não entendia nossas necessidades. Chegamos por volta das 11h e foi-nos dito que o nosso quarto não estava pronto e nos ligará quando estiver pronto. Não recebemos a ligação e acabamos fazendo o check-in por volta das 16h. Veja bem ... isso era em dezembro e fazia frio lá fora. O quarto também era extremamente pequeno. Nosso carrinho mal passou pela porta. Os quartos não se parecem em nada com as fotos. Nosso quarto não tinha janelas. Nenhum. No geral, não foi uma boa experiência. Se você estiver viajando com uma criança, reserve em outro lugar.

Embora os quartos sejam reformados e tenham banheiros bonitos, odeio dizer que estava esperando um café da manhã muito melhor… pelo menos ovos ou um suco de laranja !! É triste que eles anunciem “café da manhã incluído” e tudo o que consegui foi uma maçã e um pouco de iogurte em um SACO !! Que pena, neste momento eles nem deveriam se incomodar em dizer que vão te dar café da manhã com a sua estadia….. Eu não costumo ter tempo para fazer comentários, mas se você está querendo acordar e pelo menos comer alguns ovos… deixe-me dizer-lhe Fique em outro lugar!!! Adeus.

Uau, muitas das pessoas comentando aqui têm expectativas estranhas para um hotel de Nova York. Em primeiro lugar, você recebe o que você paga. O Frederick é uma ótima opção de hotel boutique. Os quartos são muito pequenos, sim, mas é exatamente o que você precisa. Você tem a opção de fazer upgrade para um quarto maior, se isso for uma preocupação. Se você quiser algo maior, desembolse os US $ 300 extras por noite para um hotel mais sofisticado. Ah, isso não é uma opção? Não pensei assim. As camas são superconfortáveis. Os banheiros são limpos e agradáveis. A equipe é amigável. E você não pode superar a conveniência de ter o metrô parado bem na porta da frente. Não é perfeito, mas é exatamente o que você precisa. Há também um monte de ótimas comodidades de bairro. Alguns dos meus achados favoritos são Takahatchi Bakery e Laughing Man Cafe. A beleza de ficar aqui é ficar em uma parte um pouco mais tranquila da cidade, onde você sente que pode realmente respirar fundo no final do dia. Grande valor para o dinheiro.

We were traveling with a newborn baby and felt that the staff did not understand our needs. We arrived around 11 am and was told that our room was not ready and will call us when it was ready. We never received the call and ended up checking in around 4 pm. Mind you... this was in December and cold outside. The room was also extremely tiny. Our stroller barely fit through the door. The rooms look nothing like the pictures. Our room didn't have any windows. None. Overall, it was just not a good experience. If you're traveling with a child, book some place else.

Wow, a lot of the people reviewing here have weird expectations for a New York hotel. First of all, you get what you pay for. The Frederick is a great little boutique hotel option. The rooms are really small, yes, but it’s exactly what you need. You have the option to upgrade to a larger room if that’s a concern. If you want anything larger, shell out the extra $300 a night for a more upscale hotel. Oh that’s not an option? Didn’t think so. The beds are super comfy. The bathrooms are clean and nice. The staff is friendly. And you can’t beat the convenience of having the subway stop just outside the front door. It’s not perfect, but it’s exactly what you need. There are also a lot of great neighborhood amenities. Some of my favorite finds are Takahatchi Bakery and Laughing Man Cafe. The beauty of staying here is staying in a slightly quieter part of town where you feel like you can actually take a deep breath at the end of the day. Great value for the money.

Although rooms are remodeled and have pretty restrooms I hate to say that I was expecting a way better breakfast… at least eggs or some orange juice !!
It’s sad that they advertise “breakfast included” and all I got was an apple and some yogurt on a BAG!!
What a shame, at this point they shouldn’t even bother saying that they will give you breakfast with your stay …..
I don’t usually take the time to do reviews but if you’re looking to wake up and at least have some eggs… let me tell you

Super recomendable. La ubicación única,el subte en la puerta literal,la habitación chica pero en excelentes condiciones y limpieza, le falta lugar para guardar. El desayuno todos los días lo mismo o pero abundante. Volvería

Very good Hotel! the staff was very helpful, professional and kind. The room is small as all in NYC but it was comfortable and clean. No complaints. But the most important thing is the one of a kind location, in front of a subway station, near lots of amazing restaurants and bars. Ground zero and trade center is 5 min walk, and Brooklyn Bridge just 10 min walk. Also we ordered a car service to the airport through the hotel that was perfect, in time, with a driver who is polite and nice.

Genial hotel. Muy cerca de el One Worldwide Trade Center, City Hall y Wall St. En lo personal para hacer turismo es precioso si te interesa pasear por Tribeca, Chelsea, Brooklyn. La habitación es pequeña pero con iluminación y vista buenísima, la atención es buena, y en época de fiestas es muy solitario y tranquilo. Ni qué decir que el metro está literal en la puerta del hotel.

La ubicación inmejorable, cercano a lugares turisticos y de facil acceso a medios de transporte, la atención del personal es muy buena y servicial, la habitaciones son limpias y muy prolijas aunque "algunas" demasiado chicas para el estandar de un hotel. Realménte un hotel 3 estrellas muy recomendable y no tan costoso para alojarse en Nueva York.

Es comodo pero NO tiene ventanas, el baño no cuenta con extractor ytiene una pequña ventanilla que nocubre muy bien yquedas al descubierto, muy mal.
